The Role
Join Pantheons dynamic team as our Accounts Receivable Specialist. As a key contributor youll play a vital role in shaping our financial success by refining and innovating collections policies. Remote Canada-based
We are only considering candidates based in Canada for this position with a preference for those located in Vancouver BC or Toronto ON
What You Need to Succeed:
- Be a key contributor for the quote creation and data validation in Salesforce to Zuora for significant Pantheon customers.
- Review contracts for compliance with contractual terms and billing policies
- Ensure customers are accurately set up and invoiced in our Zuora billing system; review bill runs for accuracy and completeness
- Work with non-standard/custom billing and other billing and collection tasks.
- Utilize the Zen Desk ticketing system to route and resolve billing inquiries add P.O. numbers update customer information and initiate credit & refund requests.
- Work within the finance team as well as external teams including Deal Desk Sales and RevOps to improve A/R and Billing processes policies and procedures.
- Assist with month-end quarter-end and year-end closing and reporting
What You Bring to the Table
- A BA/BS degree is a plus but not required.
- 2-5 Years of A/R Collections and Billing experience
- Attention to detail professional awareness and a sense of urgency with a customer-oriented mindset; be able to spot errors and exceptions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Understanding of GAAP accounting processes and concepts related to billing and collections.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
- Experience with Salesforce Zuora Zendesk and Tesorio
- Ability to work independently multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to exhibit critical thinking and problem solving.

- Experience working with Shared Services/Vendor Portals
- SAAS industry experience
- Experience working with international customers

The Canadian base salary range for this position is between CAD per year. This position also offers a performance bonus dependent on company performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location.
