In the role of Agribusiness Manager 1 you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team thats doubling down on winning together!

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
  • Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
  • Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets.
  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
  • Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service.

  • A background in banking finance or agribusiness with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
