- Oversee daily operations across all locations within the region ensuring consistency efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
- Oversee recruitment training and performance management within the region.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership including operational metrics financial results and progress on strategic initiatives.
- Ensure all score cards reporting and dashboards are consistent timely and accurate.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Respond to customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure all offices warehouses and vehicles are organized clean and neat.
- Manage maintain and secure equipment inventory and supplies
- 3-5 years of General Manager/Operations Manager experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel Outlook and Word
- Valid drivers license and all state-mandated special motor vehicle operations certificates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
