A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Take ownership of all service delivery activities at the mentioned account

• Develop and execute account specific action plans to deliver high quality services according contract

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboard to measure & track performance service delivery team

• Maintain stakeholder relationships within the account and governance structure related to the partnership

• Identify and collaborate with al lthe required IHS capabilities in a timely manner

• Ensure service delivery SLAs and contract profitabilitys are optimized

• Manage coach and develop local Medtronic IHS-NGC ops staff on sitepreventive actions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Masters degree in a relevant functional area

• Several years of experience in healthcare environment healthcare value chain / operations management

• Clinical and/or CatLab experience

• Experience in dealing with hospital C-suite / senior management / stakeholders

• Experience in people and team management

• Fluent in English both written and spoken knowledge of regional language

• Lean 6 Sigma knowledge and experience a plus
