Your impact

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role as our first local commercial employee in the Iberian market. Youll be the one to establish Mollies commercial presence in Spain and Portugal laying the groundwork for long-term success. Youll work in a dynamic environment shaping our commercial presence across both sales and partnerships.

Youll be a vital link between our customers and our internal teams acting as the voice of the Iberian market. Youll provide valuable insights to teams like Field Marketing and Product to help them develop winning strategies tailored to the region. By driving initial commercial results and engaging proactively with customers and partners youll play a direct role in our mission to make payments effortless for every business in Europe.

What youll ship

  • The successful establishment of Mollies commercial presence across Spain and Portugal.

  • A pipeline of new business and meaningful wins driven by your inbound and outbound efforts.

  • A streamlined go-live process for new customers built on seamless onboarding and integration.

  • A clear feedback loop from the Iberian market giving internal teams the insights they need to succeed.

  • Strong foundational relationships with new customers and key partners like agencies and SaaS providers.

What youll bring

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology sales.

  • A proactive outbound mindset with proven skills in sales.

  • A structured approach to your work comfortable balancing multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving results.
