Job Summary
Ecolab is seeking a Billing Junior Analyst to join its Global Business Services team which provides administrative back-office services to Ecolab offices around the world.

What You Will Do:
- Posting invoices from US and Canada transactions into Customers Portals.
- Customers AR analysis.
- Provide support to internal inquiries.
- Comply with company policies approval matrix processes and values.
- Responsible to contribute towards achieving the Billing metrics as defined in the Service Level Agreement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program.
- English written & oral (Intermediate and up) - mandatory
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
- No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelors program with a concentration in Business Administration or similar.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Power BI is a plus.
- Process oriented.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
