Job Title - Medical Social Worker

Tenure - Full Time Specified Purpose Contract to cover maternity leave

Hours of Work 35Hours the allocation of these hours will be at the discretion of the Department Head and in accordance with needs of service

Department - Social Work

Location of Post - Peamount Healthcare Newcastle Co. Dublin

Working Model - Fully Onsite

Remuneration - Remuneration is in accordance with the salary scale approved by the Department of Health: Medical Social Worker.

Current salary scale with effect 01stAugust 2025 PayScale 3557 (50120 1st Point -THPoint)

Annual Leave - As per Health Service Executive (HSE)

Closing Date Monday 27th of October

Proposed Interview Date - To be confirmed - At least 1 weeks notice will be provided

Take Up Appointment - Successful applicant(s) must be available to take up the role within a reasonable timeframe
