We are looking for a professional courteous and organised Receptionist to join our financial services team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional client service. The Receptionist will also provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office
- Manage the Reception Desk ensuring all clients visitors and vendors are greeted and assisted in a professional manner
- Manage and maintain all building access card requests and logs
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
- Assist the Facilities and Office Manager as required
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and data entry
- Receive arrange and manage mail packages and courier requirements across the business
- Prepare meeting rooms for Senior Leadership Team requirements including setup and refreshment coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and common areas
- Take ownership and manage end of day reporting and returned post requirements and reporting.
- Support all Business areas where required.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the role of receptionist or an administrative role within financial services preferrable
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to react and deal with change in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour
- Ability to manage internal engagement with all teams/stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with our contractors/vendors/stakeholders/others
