Job Summary

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Phoenix AZ (Hybrid 1 day in office 4 days remote)

Compensation: $2426/hour ($49920$54080 annually) Hourly No bonus

What Youll Do

Process a high volume of invoices quickly and accurately.
Perform three-way matching for purchase orders (POs).
Index code and reconcile vendor invoices.
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Use Excel (VLOOKUPs basic formulas) to manage data efficiently.

Ideal Background

12 years of Accounts Payable experience ideally with solid 3-way PO matching.
Proven ability to handle high transaction volume in a structured environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Confident using Excel and accounting systems.
Comfortable working hybrid with one in-office day per week.
