FAC Construction Manager to manage a team of PM and sub PM for Project Oversight and Collaboration. Responsibilities and tasks include but not limited to the below listed.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the site Project Managers and construction management team closely work different subject areas including CSA Mech E&I WTS G&C system leaders and engineers.

• Communication with both various partners conduct scenario studies for different project conditions Capex cost estimation schedule planning and presenting to high level management.

• Foster company culture of People Innovation Tenacity Customer Focus and Collaboration!

• Manage general contractors for the project management monitor schedule cost status.

• Collaborate with the local team to develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan including schedule budget and scope strategies.

• Regularly review project progress identify and address potential issues proactively.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with the Global Construction team and other partners on project status risks and decisions.

• Champion the companys global project management standards and best practices ensuring their implementation on the projects.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners at the global level including engineering procurement and equipment teams.

• Lead communication and information flow between the local project and Global Construction headquarters.

• Review and approve local contracts with subcontractors and vendors.

• Ability to resolve problems and achieve win-win situation and value adding to the team positive attitude to the fast change pace in semi-conduction industry.

• Monitor subcontractor performance ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.

• Proactively identify and lead project risks developing and implementing mitigation plans.

• Champion a culture of safety on the project site ensuring all activities align with company safety protocols and local regulations.

• Be responsible for the implementation of a robust quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards. Follow global standards and conduct contract management and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth and safely delivery of projects.
