Job Summary
We are searching for a Recruiter (intern) for our team who will mainly be responsible for managing and supporting ongoing recruitment processes as well as taking charge in individual projects.

Job Description:
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Advertise job openings on the companys careers page social media job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Assist in creating shortlists of qualified candidates for client consideration.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Understand client requirements to provide exceptional service.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Skills & Experience
- No prior work experience required! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow.
- Motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
