Job Summary
Position: Sales Analysis and Reporting Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analysis and Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing maintaining and optimizing sales and market reporting tools that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regular sales and market reports dashboards and performance monitoring tools (Excel / SQL / Power BI / Qlik / Tableau).
- Design and implement reporting solutions to support sales performance tracking and target achievement monitoring.
- Build manage and continuously optimize data structures and analytical tools used across the organization.
- Ensure full understanding of business processes to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Finance and Logistics teams to ensure the accuracy consistency and timeliness of all data and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role (Sales Analysis Controlling or Business Intelligence).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail accuracy and time management.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
