WorkShops On-Demand team is now looking for a Field Merchandiser! Whether youre a student or seeking a flexible role this is a great opportunity to be part of various projects and take on work whenever it fits your schedule. About the Role:

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently while maintaining close communication with managers and colleagues in the field. You will be involved in both short-term and long-term projects overseeing the planning execution and follow-up of various activities. Your work will be goal-oriented and you will be expected to provide reports according to established procedures.

Although your home base will be your hometown your workplace will vary each day and week as you visit different retailers. This may require overnight stays in different locations and occasional weekend work. Therefore it is essential that you are flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.

To succeed in the role we see you fulfilling these criteria:

• Have experience in sales and/or customer service
• Are positive driven and social
• Are a natural spreader of joy and relationship builder

We value experience in similar roles but we think its even more important that you have a high level of ambition and a passion for development and creating successful customer interactions.
