Job Description
On behalf of our client a newly established and regulated brokerage we are seeking a Business Development Managers to lead business growth across LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships expanding the Introducing Broker (IB) ultra/high net worth (U/HNW) clients & affiliate network and promoting the companys services across the LATAM market.
Location: Remote (Mexico Colombia Panama Peru Argentina & Brazil).
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Identify recruit and manage IBs affiliates and partners in Mexico Colombia Panama Peru Argentina (with Spanish-speaking) & Brazil (with Brazil-speaking).
- Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events expos and conferences in Asia.
- Provide feedback to senior management on local market trends competitors and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Compliance Payments) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor business performance in the region and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in business development within the Forex / Financial services / iGaming sector.
- Proven track record in developing IBs/affiliates in Latam region.
- Fluent in English plus one of the following languages: Mexico Colombia Panama Peru Argentina (with Spanish-speaking) & Brazil (with Brazil-speaking). Having both Spanish & Portuguese would be considered highly advantageous.
- Strong communication negotiation and networking skills.
- Ability to travel across Latam when required
