Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith. Year 6 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan deliver and differentiate lessons for Year 6 students catering to diverse learning needs.
Assess monitor and track pupil progress providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
Maintain a safe positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum activities and share best practices.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
Support pupils social emotional and academic development preparing them for secondary school.
Year 6 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Year 6 or upper Key Stage 2 students.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about teaching and committed to inspiring students.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
