Hireroo is a fast-growing recruitment agency headquartered in Malta specialising in connecting exceptional talent with some of the most dynamic companies across the iGaming tech and digital sectors. We pride ourselves on being agile people-first and results-driven built on relationships trust and delivery. Were now expanding and are looking for a self-starter recruitment professional who will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the region.
Location: Hybrid - Bucharest Malta Dubai or Sofia
Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and placement.
- Develop new client relationships leveraging your own network and market expertise.
- Generate revenue through successful placements and client partnerships.
- Partner closely with the CEO to lay the foundations for our local team and future office.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hireroo in your region helping grow our visibility and reputation.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to help shape strategy pricing and growth plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment ideally within iGaming tech fintech or digital sectors.
- An existing network of clients or hiring contacts that you can leverage from day one.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced unstructured environment.
- Comfortable working independently and motivated by results rather than micromanagement.
- Fluent in English knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Based in Bucharest Sofia or Dubai with the flexibility to work remotely initially.
