Role Overview:
As an Account Manager within our EOR team you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. You will manage relationships coordinate with internal teams and help clients navigate global employment solutions payroll compliance and workforce expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal service delivery teams.
- Understand client business goals and align EOR services to meet their needs.
- Ensure timely onboarding of employees and accurate payroll processing.
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws tax regulations and employment standards.
- Address client inquiries resolve issues and proactively identify service improvements.
- Collaborate with legal HR and finance teams to support client operations.
- Track account performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business HR or related field.
- 3 years of experience in account management preferably in EOR PEO or global HR services.
- Strong understanding of employment compliance payroll and workforce management.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and client service skills.
- Experience working with HRIS CRM or payroll platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with international employment regulations.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience in a global HR or staffing firm.
- Experience supporting clients through workforce expansion or M&A transitions.
