Sage Connections is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the upcoming 2526 school year in a full-time role.

Position Details
- Caseload Type: Various classrooms available Mild/Moderate & Behavioral Classroom
- Age Range: High School
- Start & End Date: ASAP - May 2026
- Onsite Positions
Responsibilities
- Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation progress monitoring and compliance
- Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Participate and lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
- Must have UT Sped License with a mild to moderate endorsement or severe disability endorsement
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners
