Job Summary
Job Advertisement: Level 5 Manager Childrens Home (EBD)
Location: Cardiff
Salary: 40000 per annum
Full-Time Permanent
Tasks
Leading and motivating a passionate care team.
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and national care standards.
Creating a safe supportive environment tailored to the needs of children with EBD.
Developing care plans and promoting the emotional physical and educational development of each child.
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent essential).
- Proven experience in a senior role within a residential childrens setting.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs.
We do not offer visa sponsorship.
You must hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
You must provide a copy of your passport.
If you do not hold a British passport you must provide a valid Share Code and proof of Right to Work in the UK.
