Tasks

Your Mission

As an Intern Finance & Transactions (Buy-side / Sell-side) you will work closely with our founders team and play an integral role in shaping and advancing our investment and transaction activities. From day one you will be a valued member of the team entrusted with responsibility driving projects forward and supporting strategic financing initiatives. Specifically you will support the sourcing analysis and execution of project transactions as well as assist in corporate finance processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Transaction Support: Assist in the evaluation and execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions for renewable energy projects including due diligence data room management and preparation of investment materials.
• Market & Deal Research: Identify new investment opportunities and prepare competitive analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Cash Flow & Profit Forecasts: Prepare and update internal cash flow models and profitability forecasts for current and future Agri-PV projects supporting strategic decision-making.
• Financing Partner Research: Identify and analyze potential financing partners on the banking side assist in preparing outreach materials and contribute to relationship management with lenders and investors.
• Project Documentation: Prepare presentations investment teasers information memoranda and other transaction-related documents.
• Operational Support: Take on operational tasks such as organizing project documentation coordinating meetings with stakeholders and supporting the day-to-day workflows of the Finance & Transactions team.

Requirements

What You Bring

• You are an enrolled student in economics business administration industrial engineering environmental engineering renewable energy or a related field.
• You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment for example in another startup or in consulting/banking.
• You are highly motivated about renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
• You work in a structured reliable and solution-oriented way.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy reaching out to people in an outgoing and personable manner.
• You are fluent in German.
