Job Summary
Position: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Location: VA CA MI PA NJ GA

Required:
Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Advanced proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Flows and Process Builder.
Solid understanding of Salesforce s data and security models and integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Proven ability to work within Agile/Scrum frameworks including sprint planning and CI/CD practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Experience leading technical design sessions and mentoring junior developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Application Architect or System Architect are highly preferred.
