Must Have

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reconciliations formulas data analysis)
Strong cash application and reconciliation skills
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience handling bank receipts and postings
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
Knowledge of securities industry operations
Familiarity with commissions and revenue reporting
Understanding of FINRA / SEC compliance or audit processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders (finance compliance operations)
