Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Wisconsin Dells WI. The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion overseeing project teams collaborating with clients to understand their needs creating detailed designs and drawings ensuring compliance with building regulations and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. The role also involves mentoring junior architects and contributing to the continuous improvement of design practices within the company.

Qualifications

Proficiency in designing and managing architectural projects
Strong skills in creating detailed designs and drawings
Knowledge of building regulations and compliance standards
Ability to oversee project teams and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders
Excellent client collaboration and communication skills
Experience in mentoring junior architects
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Licensure as a Registered Architect
Proficiency in architectural software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit SketchUp)
Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
