Position Overview:

This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious electrical leader to design their own team implement best practices and shape the future of residential electrical services in our community.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Launch and build the residential electrical division with full support from Anderson leadership.
• Recruit train and lead a team of licensed electricians and apprentices.
• Develop workflows safety protocols and job standards for residential electrical installs repairs upgrades and code compliance.
• Oversee job scheduling quality assurance permitting and inspections.
• Conduct hands-on field work as needed especially in the early stages of team development.
• Work closely with other department managers to provide seamless cross-trade customer service.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC local codes and safety regulations.

What Does It Take

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of team building mentoring and department growth.
• Deep knowledge of residential service remodels panel upgrades EV chargers lighting home automation whole home generator installations etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for delivering quality work and exceeding customer expectations.
