Possess a strong foundation and understanding of Agile concepts and latest best practices in the industry.
Facilitate Agile Ceremonies.
Capability to handle SM responsibilities for multiple and large teams.
Experience in coaching team on Agile methodologies.
Managing timelines and resolving team blockers.
Ability to identify risks upfront. Risk mitigation and governing project implementation.
Understanding and experience of performing Capacity planning improving productivity of teams.
Experience in configuring Reports (ex. Velocity Burndown) Dashboards KPIs Metrics helping leadership in managing projects.
Experience working with Azure DevOps boards for backlog management.
