DevOps Implementation & Automation
Responsible for designing implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines infrastructure automation and monitoring solutions tailored to EB CSOne and IB environments. Must have hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins Git Docker Kubernetes and Ansible with a strong focus on reliability scalability and performance optimization.
Domain Expertise & Integration
Leverage deep domain knowledge of EB (Enterprise Billing) CSOne (Customer Service One) and IB (Installed Base) to support seamless integration deployment and troubleshooting across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DevOps practices align with operational standards and business requirements.
