Location: NYC or Tri-State Area (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite)

Were hiring a Business Analyst to support the delivery of regulatory and compliance-focused technology platforms at a global banking institution. Youll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements coordinating with stakeholders supporting UAT and ensuring business needs are accurately reflected in delivery efforts. The ideal candidate will have regulatory or surveillance experience and be comfortable acting as the bridge between business and tech.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead requirements gathering through interviews and working sessions

Draft BRDs FRDs and process documentation

Support UAT planning and execution
-
Coordinate with compliance tech and operations teams
-
Work across JIRA and Confluence for documentation and tracking
-
Monitor delivery against requirements and manage change requests
-
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
-
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting risk controls or compliance systems
-
Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Excel and SQL
-
Comfortable in stakeholder-facing environments including with audit and compliance

Must be based in NYC or tri-state area and available for hybrid work
