Client is an AV rated law firm based in Baltimore Maryland specializing in the defense of workers compensation cases and civil litigation on behalf of Employers Self-Insured Employers and Insurance companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal located in Timonium MD. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents conducting document reviews performing legal research drafting pleadings and preparing motions. Daily tasks will include coordinating with attorneys managing case files and ensuring timely and accurate document preparation and submission.

Qualifications

Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Proficiency in Legal Research Pleadings and Motions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution
Experience in workers compensation and civil litigation is a plus
