About the role

Own transmission & distribution design end-to-end - from concept and routing through construction and as-builts. Youll lead multiple OH/UG projects set quality bars and run schedules estimates and cashflows. Expect hands-on design reviews (PLS-CADD/Civil 3D MFAD CYMCAP) plus mentoring and client presentations. Top responsibilities

Lead OH/UG design for new lines & rebuilds; review drawings/calcs; QA/QC.
Plan/manage scope schedule cost and invoicing; report progress.
Primary client POC; coordinate with Program Manager & delivery teams.
Support BD with Program Manager & Division Director.

Must Have

7 years in T&D design (OH UG)
PE license (NY strongly preferred)
PLS-CADD AutoCAD Civil 3D MFAD CYMCAP
Proven project management excellent communication

Good to Have

Underground thermal/ampacity modeling (CYMCAP)
Grid hardening/resilience/wildfire or storm mitigation exposure
QA/QC leadership; as-built closeout experience
