Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Person must have 12 year in leading large scale PLM transformation initiatives across global enterprises.
- Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Lead multi-year PLM transformation programs across global business units.
- Define and implement future-state PLM process maps including BOM/BOS Change Management Document Management and Supplier Collaboration.
- Develop and execute tool harmonization strategies across engineering disciplines to standardize platforms and reduce complexity.
- Technical Oversight & Integration
- Architect and oversee integration of PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE Oracle Agile) with SAP ECC MES and CAD tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between engineering tools and enterprise systems.
- Drive automation initiatives using Eggplant Selenium Python scripting and RPA technologies.
- Program & Stakeholder Management
- Manage cross-functional teams using Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders IT and vendor teams.
- Lead workshops UAT sessions and training programs to ensure successful adoption.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure PLM solutions meet GxP SOX FDA and other regulatory standards.
- Implement robust data governance strategies and security protocols.
- Reporting & Value Realization
- Define KPIs and metrics to track transformation progress and business impact.
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports to communicate outcomes and ROI.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in engineering; PG Diploma in Management preferred.
- 12 years of experience in PLM consulting and transformation.
- Proven experience with 3DEXPERIENCE R2022x (on-cloud) Enovia CATIA DELMIA.
- Strong background in Digital Twin MBSE and Digital Manufacturing.
- Experience in PLM-ERP integration especially with SAP ECC.
- Certified in 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architecture SAFe POPM Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
