Position Summary

Work Youll Do

Design develop and maintain custom SAP applications reports interfaces conversions enhancements forms and workflows using ABAP.
Implement user exits BADIs BAPIs and other SAP enhancement techniques to meet client-specific requirements.
Develop and optimize ABAP programs for performance scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrate SAP with external systems using RFC IDoc OData and other integration technologies.
Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and leverage modern ABAP features (e.g. CDS views AMDP ABAP on HANA).
Stay up-to-date with SAP ABAP best practices new features and industry trends.
Recommend and implement process improvements automation and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 0-80% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
5 years experience working with SAP modules (FI CO MM SD HR etc.) and integration points.
5 years experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP on HANA and modern ABAP development technique
2 years experience leading project delivery or mentoring team members

Preferred:

SAP certification in ABAP or related modules.
Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 OData services and SAP Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Secret or Above Clearance
