The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process conducting interviews coordinating onboarding procedures and managing all joining documents. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees ensuring a seamless transition.
- Manage all joining documents and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
Qualifications
