Job Summary
The role focuses on analyzing structuring and mapping complex logistics and production-related processes within the context of large aircraft projects. The goal is to clearly and transparently define these processes in SAP MM or Airbus’ own ARP system – without customizing. The person will act as an interface between business units IT and operational departments.
Tasks:
Analyze and document logistics processes along the entire material flow chain:
- Material procurement
- Goods receipt
- Storage
- Retrieval
- Production supply
Define the SAP MM / ARP process landscape to represent these processes.
Support the introduction and training of SAP / ARP processes.
Collaborate closely with logistics production planning engineering and IT.
Ensure data quality and process logic in SAP MM / ARP.
Bridge technical content and the involved stakeholders.
Professional requirements:
Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry ideally in logistics production planning or materials management.
In-depth knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management) and ideally of the Airbus Resource Planning (ARP) system.
Experience in the operational implementation of material flows and their mapping in SAP.
Understanding of the requirements of large complex aircraft projects.
