Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Projects
Location: London
Contract: Permanent Full-time
Salary: Competitive DOE
Were supporting a leading contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team with involvement across major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from start to finish
- Prepare valuations cost reports and payment applications
- Handle subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Support with contract administration and change management
- Identify risks value engineering opportunities and commercial improvements
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contract options A B and C.
- Demonstrated experience in measurement cost and value management and forecasting.
- Expertise in change management and pricing with a track record of managing variations effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor including at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
