Role Objective:
Lead the design prototyping and scale-up of mechanical systems for RCTs hydrogen and energy storage solutions. The role involves integrating advanced German technology with Indian fabrication and deployment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical design of hydrogen fuel cell components pressure vessels and integrated storage systems

Collaborate with global engineering teams to localize designs to Indian manufacturing standards
-
Perform FEA thermal analysis fatigue analysis and pressure containment simulations
-
Develop BOMs technical drawings assembly guidelines and manufacturing specifications
-
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost optimization
-
Drive innovation in compact energy storage systems for industrial and utility-scale applications
-
Interface with clients EPC contractors and certification agencies for design validation and compliance
Qualifications:
-
B.E./M.E. in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
-
Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks or Creo) Ansys and relevant design codes (ASME IS 2825)
-
Prior experience in hydrogen storage systems battery systems or compressed gas technologies preferred
-
Hands-on exposure across the design-to-prototype-to-production lifecycle
