This is a remote position.
is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our sales pipeline by researching leads and booking appointments through cold outreach. This role is focused almost entirely on LinkedIn social platforms and email. Phone outreach is rare but you should still be comfortable speaking with prospects if needed.
What Youll Do. You will
Research and identify new leads using LinkedIn and other platforms
Send cold outreach messages via LinkedIn email and social networks
Use tools like LeadIQ to generate personalized outreach
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Track outreach activity and progress in HubSpot CRM
Keep lead lists and CRM records clean and organized
Hit weekly and monthly outreach and meeting goals
Requirements
You might be the one we are looking for if you
Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Development and/or appointment setting
Have experience using CRM software like LeadIQ HubSpot or Sales Navigator (Experience with these tools is preferred but similar experience is also welcome)
Are fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Include SDR Pro in your resume or cover letter so we know youre detail-oriented.
Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH because of calling during US business hours).
Are available full time 8 hours per day 5 days per week.
Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
