Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Philippine-based Filipino applicants

We are seeking a highly organised proactive and people-oriented professional to support the delivery of industry engagement and experiential learning programs. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative and remote environment.

Industry Liaison and Project Administration (40%)

  • Manage communications and inboxes for project and partner engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update project databases pipelines and calendars to ensure accurate tracking of partner and project status.
  • Provide client and partner support throughout program lifecycles resolving issues promptly.
  • Liaise with program teams to ensure partners and projects are confirmed and ready for launch.
  • Identify and implement process improvements leveraging technology and AI tools for efficiency.

Research and Development (20%)

  • Research and source potential industry partners across sectors and regions.
  • Support the creation of marketing and promotional materials for partner recruitment.
  • Respond to partner enquiries schedule introductory meetings and assist with onboarding.
  • Review and quality-check project briefs to ensure alignment with program goals and suitability for participants.

Program Administration Support (40%)

  • Assist in program planning preparation delivery and reporting.
  • Prepare and send program communications workshop materials and invitations.
  • Provide live support during virtual workshops (e.g. Zoom administration and technical assistance).
  • Respond to student and participant enquiries and maintain a high level of service.
  • Collect and organise feedback and data for program monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements

You will bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational communication and time management abilities.
  • Experience in marketing business development education recruitment administration or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and digital marketing or social media tools.
  • A proactive self-motivated approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort with remote and flexible work environments.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement innovation and quality service delivery.

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time role - not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

  • Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible).
  • Use of time tracking software during work hours.
  • Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON.
  • Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift.
  • Treating this as a long-term full-time job - not a side gig or freelance task.

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippine public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-month probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: UK TIME ZONE - 4 PM to 1 AM Philippine time Monday to Friday
