Lead the functional implementation and configuration of IFS Cloud Service Management modules with a focus on PSO (Planning Scheduling Optimization) and MWO (Mobile Workforce Optimization).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements define scope and translate them into IFS Cloud configurations and optimized business processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Service Management-related IFS modules.
Analyze current business processes and recommend IFS best practices for improvement and optimization.
Conduct workshops training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) with key business users.
Support data migration integration and system testing efforts related to Service Management functionality.
Lead cross-functional project teams including business users developers and IFS technical consultants.
Coordinate with IFS Support and Product Development teams for issue resolution and enhancement requests.
Provide post-implementation support ensuring a smooth transition to operations.
What You Bring to the Table:
46 years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications specifically IFS Cloud Service Management modules.
Strong functional expertise in Planning Scheduling Optimization (PSO) and Mobile Workforce Optimization (MWO).
Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of IFS Cloud.
Solid understanding of service operations field service management asset management and workforce scheduling.
Ability to map business requirements to IFS Cloud capabilities and design effective functional solutions.
Experience working in cross-functional teams across business and IT.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
IFS certification in Service Management PSO or MWO is a plus.
You should possess the ability to:
Lead functional implementations of IFS Cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable functional configurations.
Guide teams through workshops training and UAT ensuring smooth adoption.
Collaborate effectively with technical teams business users and external consultants.
