Job Summary

A Highland estate in Scotland is seeking a live-in Groundskeeper and Housekeeper couple to manage both the estate grounds and the main house.

The groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the parkland surrounding the lodge including mowing planting pruning and general upkeep as well as day-to-day maintenance tasks and occasional airport transfers to Inverness (approximately one hour each way). Strong gardening knowledge is essential and an interest in dendrology would be highly desirable. The housekeeper will oversee the running of the main house managing cleaning staff to ensure it is consistently presented to the highest standard providing occasional family cooking and supporting larger gatherings when a chef is addition the housekeeper will supervise estate cottages including those operating as Airbnbs when the family is away and assist with gardening or grounds work when household duties are light. The role requires flexibility discretion and a practical hands-on approach with a full UK driving licence essential.

The position is full time working 5 days per week.

Separate cottage provided.

Salary of 60k gpa depending on experience.
