The role encompasses the full spectrum of operations from managing employee transportation and facility upkeep to overseeing administrative services and security all while upholding the companys commitment to excellence and safety.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a comprehensive administrative and facility management role.
- Proven experience in fleet management and managing a team of drivers is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor traffic and facility regulations is essential.
- Strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation within the Egyptian market.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Able to build strong relationships and hold vendors accountable.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
- Handles sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Inspires and leads teams to achieve excellence.
