We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for entering and updating data across our internal systems with accuracy and efficiency. This is an entry-level position and perfect for individuals who are organized dependable and looking to work from the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data in spreadsheets databases and online systems
Verify data accuracy and correct any errors
Organize and maintain electronic records
Perform routine data quality checks
Follow data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines
Communicate with team members via email or chat as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to type at least 40 WPM (words per minute)
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Good time management and self-motivation
No prior experience needed training will be provided
