Job Summary
Dealership in Durban is looking to appoint a fully qualified F&I Business Manager to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Proven motor dealership experience in Finance & Insurance
-
Fully qualified in F&I (all required accreditations)
-
Ability to manage approximately 35–40 deals per month, maximising VAPS (Value-Added Products & Services)
-
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with banks and financial institutions

Proficiency on Seriti (or equivalent F&I system)

Valid driver’s licence
-
Matric certificate
-
Clear ITC (credit record) and criminal record
Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: R17 000 - R25 000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Attractive commission and incentive structure (based on performance, VAPS penetration, and deal volume)
