SO As an in-house service provider Bosch Service Solutions Vietnam supports the Bosch Group in areas including Supply Chain Management Project Management Data Security L1/L2 IT Support Human Resources Shared Services Web Content Management Quality Management as well as Translation/Interpreter services. 

We pool administrative tasks and ensure efficient processes and improve the entire service chain using automation solutions such as RPA and AI.

Through the various sections and topics listed here we aim to introduce to the customers from all around the world to get to know about our Overview Services our Competencies Tools & Process and Expertise as we deliver excellence together as one team.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Power Apps Development (70%)

• Design develop test and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements
• Maintain and support existing bots and troubleshoot issues when needed
• Integrate automation workflows with systems such as SQL Server and other enterprise tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure code quality standards

Power Automate Development 15%)

• Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows to optimize business operations.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Outlook Teams OneDrive) and third-party applications.
• Create and manage approval workflows scheduled flows and event-driven automation.
• Ensure workflows are optimized for performance scalability and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot debug and enhance existing automation solutions.

General Responsibilities (10%)

• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users for RPA solutions.
• Stay up to date with new features in RPA tools and continuously improve skills
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure governance security and compliance with company standards.

SQL Server Back-End Development (5%)

• Design develop and maintain SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
• Optimize database performance indexing and query execution.
• Ensure database security integrity and reliability.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology
• Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 2 years of experience working with Automation Anywhere (A360) and automating processes with Power Automate.
• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse SharePoint SQL Server and REST APIs.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python is a plus.
• Exposure to OutSystems or other low-code platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in custom connectors APIs and integrations with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Teams OneDrive Outlook) integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and self-learning ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
