[SO] DevOps Solutions

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team in designing building and maintaining reliable scalable and secure infrastructure to support application development and deployment. You will work closely with development QA and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes improve system reliability and ensure smooth production operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on DevOps experience and a strong automation mindset.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Development & Maintenance
Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build test and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI/CD GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Provision and manage infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or ARM templates to ensure consistency and scalability across environments.

Cloud & Platform Management
Deploy configure and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS Azure or GCP) ensuring high availability scalability and cost efficiency.

Containerization & Orchestration
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes or similar platforms.

Monitoring & Reliability
Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions (Prometheus Grafana ELK CloudWatch etc.) to ensure system reliability performance and quick incident response.

Security & Compliance
Apply DevSecOps best practices including secrets management access control vulnerability scanning and security hardening of infrastructure and pipelines.

Release & Deployment Management
Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute releases ensure smooth deployments and minimize downtime during production rollouts.

Troubleshooting & Incident Support
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure deployment and performance issues in development staging and production environments.

Automation & Optimization
Continuously improve system efficiency through automation of repetitive tasks performance tuning and process optimization.

Documentation & Best Practices
Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure pipelines and operational procedures; participate in code and configuration reviews.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.

• Graduated from Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) or its member universities is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevSecOps practices and security scanning tools.

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS load balancing).

• Familiarity with database systems and backup/restore strategies.

• Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (e.g. Power BI SQL) is a plus.

• Proficiency in a second language such as Chinese or German.

• 23 years of hands-on experience in DevOps system administration cloud engineering or a related role.

• Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI/CD GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and cloud-native services.

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems shell scripting and at least one scripting language (e.g. Bash Python).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation ARM templates).

• Experience with monitoring logging and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack CloudWatch).

• Basic understanding of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
