What Youll Do:
- Follow compliance and service procedures to support Crown Rewards.
- Use technical systems confidently in different work settings.
- Ask questions when unsure and follow team goals.
- Handle customer issues while keeping financial and Responsible Gaming guidelines in mind.
- Act professionally and respectfully with guests and team members.
- Follow instructions from your manager and live by Crowns values.
- Work well with others and delegate tasks when needed.
- Keep accurate records and reports.
- Help run promotions and events from start to finish.
- Stay in touch with your manager to keep things clear and on track.
- Solve customer problems with a positive service-first attitude.
- Use different tools and systems to meet guest and team needs.
- Keep your workspace clean safe and efficient.
- Raise any compliance concerns quickly and responsibly.
Additional Information :
This role requires:
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
- Multi-lingual capability is not a necessary element of this role however can help with the customer service responsibilities and is highly desirable.
- Purchase of a Casino Licence (approx. $350) for all successful candidates
- Well developed:

- Computer Literacy
- General gaming and complex-wide knowledge
