Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing internal and external communications supporting organizational initiatives and ensuring clear effective messaging across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication strategies that support company goals.
Draft edit and proofread corporate documents newsletters and reports.
Coordinate internal communications ensuring team alignment and engagement.
Support leadership with presentations reports and event communications.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all materials and channels.
Collaborate with departments to gather information and streamline messaging.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in communications or corporate writing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented proactive and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
