We are looking for a Full-Time Temporary Dental Assistant to join our family

 We offer:

• Starting Pay Range is $20.50 to $25 per hour
• Assignment:  Date of hire to May 2026
• Mon to Fri - 8 am to 5 pm

A Day in the Life of a Dental Assistant with Salud:

Lets face it: Dental Assistants do a lot over the course of a workday. For example you prepare the treatment room; you maintain the schedule and ensure the team is sticking to it; you interact with patients before during and after procedures; and you assist the dentist chairside. And these are just some of the many duties on your plate.

Qualifications :

Education:

• Graduation from high school or equivalent is required

Experience:

• Previous dental assistant experience desired but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Licensure/Certification:

• Must be radiology certified within the timeframe set by Dental Department standards

Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers from one of the following organizations:

a. American Heart Association;

b. American Safety and Health Institute; or

c. American Red Cross.

No licensure or certification is needed to be hired although Dental Assistants must become credentialed through the Salud Career Ladders program.
