We currently have a great opportunity available for an Andrologist to join our Sydney CBD team on a full time basis (5 days per week). In this role your scope of duties will include;
Perform and interpret semen analyses
Conduct sperm preparation techniques for IUI IVF and ICSI procedures
Manage sperm cryopreservation and thawing for fertility preservation
Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure high-quality reporting
Participate in ongoing quality assurance and improvement processes
Collaborate closely with embryologists clinicians and nursing staff
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will ideally have;
Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Science Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline
Experience in a clinical andrology or fertility laboratory preferred
Strong understanding of human reproductive physiology and laboratory diagnostics
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining strict quality standards
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
