Job Summary
You will have the opportunity to work on an exciting project called SBM (Smart Banking Manager). SBM is a crucial application that orchestrates orders (Product Ordering) related to the main business processes of the bank (e.g. card opening and maintenance current account opening and maintenance product bundles) keeps the customers assets for further use in external applications and also aims to be the main source of the banks product catalogue.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that the Smart Banking Manager application operates at peak efficiency and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the banks business processes.
Responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into technical specifications (functional and non- functional requirements);
- Have a continuous interaction with the Stakeholders and Product Owners to clarify the business requirements;
- Participate in defining the technical solution design together with the Solution Architect and the development team;
- Create User stories and work closely with the development/ testing team members to implement system requirements;
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher;
- At least average level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/ PL-SQL/ DB2 SQL);
- 5 years experience in business & system analysis;
- Previous experience with products management projects would be an advantage
- Previous experience with API specifications and testing;
- At least medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams;
- Previous Agile methodology experience with medium to large number of team members involved;
- Previous experience with Jira Confluence applications;
- Good command of English;

- Have a structured analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas;
- Are familiar with integration and database technologies;
- Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes;
- Have experience with banking software specifics (administration processes products);
- Have good presentation skills;
- Are focused on finding solutions;
- Can easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues;
- Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility;
- Are a team player energetic person with a desire to learn and progress.
