Reach your full potential as an International Sales Representative

At B&S Sales means building lasting and equal partnerships with your clients and customers. As an International Sales Representative you will take your time building strong relationships with existing clients as well as getting to know the markets we are operating in. Your role Managing and expanding the activities of our customers in the east European region.

Your day-today activities:

  • Proactively apply effective negotiation strategies to drive successful outcomes;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact by phone digital channels and in-person visits;
  • Partner with Sales Support to ensure smooth order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction;
  • Stay up to date on internal processes and systems to operate efficiently and effectively;
  • Leverage internal tools to analyze performance refine strategies and stay ahead of market trends.

You work closely with your commercial colleagues and often consult with them. Together you chart the path to success. You

  • Bring prior experience in sales with a solid understanding of customer engagement and business development.
  • Communicate fluently in English both spoken and written; fluency in Polish is essential and proficiency in another Eastern European language is a strong advantage.
  • Enjoy travelling for business including customer visits and trade fairs approximately four to five times per year.
  • Demonstrate a proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to identify and seize opportunities.
  • Currently reside in the Netherlands.
